Our Team
To Proudly Go is comprised of a Board of Directors that is responsible for the overall control and oversight of the management and operational affairs of the organization. The Board of Directors oversees Officers and Staff that perform the day-to-day management duties of the organization as provided in the By-Laws or, to the extent not so provided, by the Board of Directors. All Directors of the Board, Officers, and Staff of To Proudly Go are unpaid and uncompensated volunteers.

Chief Executive Officer & Chair
As Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors, Michael presides over all meetings of the Board of Directors and manages all day-to-day administrative and strategic operations.

Chief Advisor
As the Chief Advisor, John provides support to the Chief Executive Officer and the To Proudly Go leadership team on a wide range of operational areas.

Sean Rusnack
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Secretary
As the Chief Financial Officer, Sean is the custodian of all banking records, funds and assets, and for the financial compliance of the organization. Sean also assists the Chief Executive Officer in all administrative and compliance matters. As the Secretary of the Board, Sean assist the Board Chair is responsible for minutes and records of Board meetings.
